This is truly a 'Luxury Grand' mattress. From the first night I found it to be supremely comfortable, although, initially my wife found it to be rather firm. She, however, is now as satisfied as I am with the comfort of this bed and is getting a very restful night's sleep.
My wife however, does have one lingering problem and that is with the total height of the mattress when using the recommended 8" box spring on a regular bed frame. She is barely 5' tall and now needs a step to get up into bed but she can live with that.

I've had the bed a little over a month at this point.
It's extremely comfortable, and I feel a whole lt better sleeping on it.

Arrives vacuum packed and rolled up on a standard UPS truck.
It weighs a good 100+lbs, so you really need 2 people to move it. I helped the UPS guy carry it into the house.
In my case the packaging was damaged but the mattress was undamaged.
Unrolling the package, and watching it re inflate is quite something.
There is an odor that takes a few days to air out, but it's not intolerable.

Have to wait and see how it holds up over time, but right now I'm very impressed.

simply the best mattress i've ever experienced. i received my mattress only 2 business days after ordering. it arrived vacuum sealed and rolled up (like a giant rug). with some effort, i was able to get it upstairs all by myself. after removing the packaging, the mattress self-inflated in a few minutes. the first time i jumped on it, well it was a religious experience.

i will never get tired of telling people that i paid $1200 for something that would have cost $7000 + tax + shipping at brookstone. get it, you won't regret it!
